“I must say that we are seriously impressed with their efforts, talk about above and beyond the call of duty ... I can thoroughly recommend Valley Boat Services, they really pulled out all the stops to make sure we had our boat ready for us. They also managed to identify what went wrong - a split in one of the Bowman end caps - which has reassure me no end. They have been prepared to work on our terms all the way through the process, like us supplying parts although they could probably have sourced the parts themselves (with a suitable mark up). Very professional, very customer focused. Well done!”
